Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel room is available and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with your credit card details or by arranging a money transfer.
  NON REFUNDABLE RATES - the total amount of the stay will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. BEST AVAILABLE RATES - Cancellation made for any reason will result to "cancellation fees"

Cancellation: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, the deposit amount will be charged. If cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival, or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.

We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting out of reservations which need to be cancelled due to the fact that a customer sent it "by mistake" or with wrong dates or information. Rates include all taxes except overnight accommodation tax (3,00 Euro per room, per night) which is payable separately upon arrival at the hotel.

In order for a booking to be confirmed at our hotel we will require a deposit payment as follows: - upto 3 nights booking we require a payment equivalent to 1 night's stay - more than 3 nights we require 30% of the total cost of stay   For non refundable rates - full amount must be paid at time of booking Rates do not include overnight accommodation tax (3,00 Euro per room, per night) which is payable upon arrival at the hotel.

Magic Hotel is situated in the bay of Agia Paraskevi on the island of Skiathos, with a distance of 6 km from Skiathos Town and 250 m from the sandy beach of Agia Paraskevi. The hotel belongs to four star category and it has a total capacity of 35 rooms with private balconies with sea view, which are found in three separate buildings. All the rooms exude a sense of comfort, warmth, luxury, and they fill all the conditions for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Please note: all our rooms and suites are only accessible by climbing steps and therefore is not suitable for persons with walking difficulties.

Our local bus stop is situated 5 minutes walk from the hotel and is number 16, Agia Paraskevi.
